Phosphating and Saponification of Steel Tube Short Sections
The phosphorus saponification process of steel pipe short pieces is carried out in sequence through the pre-treatment of degreasing, rust removal and water washing and neutralization, followed by the formation of a corrosion-resistant lubricating film layer through zinc-based phosphating liquid, and then saponification with sodium stearate solution to form a lubricating layer, and finally water washing and drying to test corrosion resistance and lubricity. This process is specifically used for cold-processed pipe fittings, which significantly improves corrosion resistance and forming performance.
Perforating Unit
It adopts a step-type fully automatic natural gas heating furnace, has one Φ40 and one Φ50 fully automatic perforation production line, and a new perforation production line Φ76 unit is under preparation. It can meet the production and processing of various specifications of rough pipes with outer diameters of Φ40-Φ120mm and wall thicknesses of 2.6-22mm.
Finishing Mill
There are 50 fully automatic cold rolling mills, including LG20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 75 and LD60, etc. They can meet the production and processing of high-precision cold-rolled seamless steel pipes with an outer diameter of Φ12-Φ90mm and a wall thickness of 1.5-20mm. The product accuracy can be controlled within 0.04mm.
Cold Drawing Unit
There are 6 fully automatic three-chain cold drawing machines, double-chain cold drawing machines and single-chain cold drawing machines in total. They can meet the production and processing of seamless steel pipes and special-shaped pipes with an outer diameter of Φ12-80mm and a wall thickness of 0.7-12mm, and the product accuracy can reach within 0.03mm.
Heat Treatment Equipment
DX oxygen-free spheroidizing and annealing furnace, which can perform spheroidizing annealing and oxygen-free annealing. German oxygen-free normalizing and annealing furnace, which can perform annealing and normalizing of various steel pipes, and the decarburization layer can achieve zero decarburization effect. The steel after heat treatment can improve the structure and performance. The oxygen-free annealing and normalizing process can achieve a bright appearance.
Finishing Equipment
There are 6 fully automatic straightening machines, including Φ40mm, Φ60mm, Φ80mm, and Korean imported KTM CNC straightening machines, etc. They can meet the finishing requirements of round steel pipes with outer diameters of Φ10-90mm and wall thicknesses of 1.5-20mm.
