At Jinao, our product range is not limited to round tubes—we also manufacture a variety of shaped (non-round) profiles using a combination of advanced hot piercing and cold drawing processes. High-quality steel is first heated to high temperatures and pierced to form the initial tube structure with excellent integrity. It is then cold drawn through custom-shaped dies to precisely control dimensional accuracy and improve surface finish. These shaped tubes are widely used in construction machinery, agricultural transmission systems, nuclear power projects, and sporting equipment.

    Advanced Manufacturing Process

    We combine advanced hot rolling and cold drawing/cold rolling processes to manufacture every seamless steel tube with precision and care. During hot rolling, solid billets are pierced at high temperatures and pressure to form the initial seamless structure. This is followed by cold drawing and cold rolling at room temperature, which further enhances dimensional accuracy and surface quality. The unique combination of techniques makes our tubes feature smooth inner and outer surfaces, free from cracks, pits, or blemishes - ensuring performance that reaches the advanced level of industry.
