Steel Tube Division, formerly Hebei Jinao Tube Industry Co., Ltd., the Steel Tube Division was established in 2009. It focuses on precision seamless steel tubes for automotive applications, as well as high-performance and high-alloy tubes used in high-speed rail, nuclear power, and construction machinery.

With a current annual capacity of 30,000 tons (expandable to 50,000 tons), the division covers the full production process: piercing, surface treatment (pickling, phosphating, saponification), cold drawing, cold rolling, heat treatment, NDT, finishing, and machining. Our tubes feature industry-leading precision, performance, and processing quality.

We are equipped with advanced manufacturing lines and a strong technical team, and we collaborate with top universities and research institutes to drive innovation. Our R&D focuses on seamless tubes for automotive drive systems, steering systems, chassis, shock absorbers and suspension systems, supporting both fuel and new energy vehicles.

Products are widely used by leading German, Japanese, American, Chinese, and other global OEM’s brands, many of which are backed by patented technologies and proprietary processes.

Shock Absorber Division, originating from Baoding Jianghui Shock Absorber Co., Ltd. (est. 1995), the division specializes in manufacturing shock absorbers for agricultural tricycles, three-wheeled motorcycles, and electric tricycles, with both domestic and international sales.

We collaborate with universities and industry experts to develop low-speed vehicle shock absorbers. Backed by a strong R&D team, we hold 5 invention patents and 15 utility model patents, with over 90% of products based on proprietary technologies. Our market share reaches 30%, and product quality ranks among the top in the industry.

Recognized as a “High-Quality Product of Hebei Province” and awarded titles such as “Famous Trademark” and “Trusted Quality Enterprise,” we are a long-term supplier to OEMs including LOVOL, Wuzheng Group, and Jiangsu Zongshen, earning honors such as Excellent Supplier and Class-A Supplier.

Currently, our products are distributed across 20+ provinces in China. With the global expansion of the three-wheeled vehicle market - especially in Africa and the Middle East - our export volume continues to grow steadily.

Machining Division specializes in high-precision processing of seamless steel tubes, serving the demanding standards of Japanese, German, American, and other global automotive parts manufacturers. Driven by the goal of delivering greater value and meeting the growing demand for high-end precision tubes, the division is building a smart, automated manufacturing and R&D platform.

Equipped with advanced machining capabilities—including automated drilling, milling, turning, grinding, welding, and cutting systems—the division also operates over 26 multi-station (6+ axis) machining centers. To further enhance production efficiency and consistency, we have introduced automated shot blasting, heat treatment, and phosphating lines.

A dedicated team for process development and tooling design ensures that our machining accuracy and technical capabilities remain at a world-class level, positioning us as a reliable partner in the global automotive supply chain.

International Division is responsible for product development and technology introduction in the international market, and consists of the International Business Department and Tianjin Premier Import and Export Co., Ltd.

The International Business Department is mainly responsible for the development of the international market of the JINAO's products. Over the next three years, representative offices will be established in the Germany, and Japan.

Tianjin company specializes in the import and export of steel structural components, cold-rolled/cold-drawn seamless steel tubes, high-speed rail equipment and accessories, aircraft components, auto parts, construction machinery components, and shock absorbers for automobiles, motorcycles, and electric vehicles. Customers cover Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, North America, and most parts of Europe.
