Energy Substitution and Optimization

Since 2025, Jinao Seiki has adopted solar power to replace a portion of traditional energy consumption. With an annual solar power output of approximately 2.75 million kWh, green electricity now accounts for 40% of the company’s total annual energy use. This initiative marks a significant step toward a cleaner, low-carbon energy structure.
Energy Use Monitoring

To improve energy efficiency and environmental compliance, Jinao Seiki has implemented an intelligent energy management system that monitors operating conditions, sub-metered electricity usage, and exhaust gas emissions in real time. This system is directly connected to the local and municipal environmental bureaus, enabling continuous government oversight.
The company has established a self-monitoring plan, conducting regular, location-specific testing in accordance with environmental standards. Monitoring results are uploaded to the national pollution discharge permit platform for public access, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Equipment and Process Upgrades

Jinao Seiki continuously upgrades its equipment and processes to cut emissions and boost resource efficiency. Open-flame furnaces are replaced by DX furnaces to reduce CO₂. Air pollutants are removed via a multi-stage system including bag filters, low-NOx burners, and wet scrubbers. All emissions meet standards. Production and domestic wastewater are fully treated and recycled for cleaning, cooling, and landscaping, achieving zero discharge. Waste acid is processed in a closed-loop system to recover ferrous sulfate and reused in pickling, avoiding external discharge.
Through ongoing process optimization and employee-driven improvements, Jinao enhances efficiency while lowering energy use.
