As the year draws to a close and winter deepens, the festive atmosphere grows stronger, and the biting cold wind cannot stop the footsteps of care. To thoroughly implement the higher-level trade union’s arrangements for delivering warmth during the festive season, on January 29, the Gaoyang County Federation of Trade Unions visited our company to carry out the “warmth delivery activity”. They brought rice, flour, cooking oil, and other daily necessities, delivering the sincere care of the Party and government, as well as the heartfelt warmth of the trade union as the “family of workers.” This visit sent the most practical winter support and the most genuine blessings to employees, bringing warmth to their hearts and injecting positive momentum into the company’s development.

At the site, the staff of the Federation of Trade Unions held cordial discussions with company leaders and employee representatives. They carefully inquired about the company’s production and operation, employees’ daily work and living conditions, and listened attentively to employees’ voices and concerns. They fully affirmed the hard work and dedication of all staff over the past year, recognizing their contributions to enterprise development and local economic growth. The union representatives stated that this “Sending Warmth” activity is an important part of the Gaoyang County Federation’s 2026 Spring Festival condolences program, aiming to effectively address employees’ urgent needs and concerns, allowing workers to feel care in winter and a sense of belonging at work. It is also a concrete practice of the union’s philosophy of “delivering services at grassroots level and shifting focus to the frontline”.

The heavy consolation supplies carried deep concern for employees; every warm greeting conveyed the responsibility and commitment of the workers’“family.” Although rice, flour, and oil are ordinary daily necessities, they embody sincere affection and respect for frontline workers, allowing every employee present to feel warmth and strength in the cold winter. Employees expressed heartfelt gratitude for the union’s care and support, saying that this warmth is not only material assistance but also spiritual encouragement. They will transform this care into motivation at work, remain dedicated to their posts, strive for excellence, and devote greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic attitude to their work, contributing their strength to the company's development and local construction. 

The company’s leadership expressed sincere appreciation to the Gaoyang County Federation of Trade Unions for their thoughtful concern. They stated that the union’s care is a strong backing for enterprise development. This activity not only warmed employees’hearts but also enhanced the company’s cohesion and sense of unity. In the future, the company will live up to the union’s concerns and expectations, continue to uphold a people-oriented philosophy, effectively safeguard employees’ rights and interests, care for employees’lives, and continuously improve their sense of happiness, fulfillment, and belonging. Meanwhile, the company will lead all staff to unite, forge ahead, and contribute to high-quality local economic development, living up to the trust and support of the trade union organization.

Warmth in winter touches hearts; original aspirations remain firm as we move forward. Since the national trade union “Sending Warmth” campaign was launched in 1992, this care has continued for more than 30 years, becoming a vivid example of the union’s mission in practice. This “Sending Warmth” visit by the Gaoyang County Federation of Trade Unions has built a closer bridge connecting the union, the enterprise, and employees, and has further spread the social value of respecting labor and caring for workers. In the new year, under the care and guidance of the Federation of Trade Unions, all employees of our company will carry this warmth and expectation, work hand in hand, and strive forward to jointly write a new chapter of win-win development for the enterprise and its staff, welcoming the arrival of the Year of the Horse with confidence and vitality.
