To deepen university-enterprise collaboration and enhance corporate innovation capabilities, Jinao Seiki, leveraging the platform of Gaoyang County Vocational and Technical Education Center (Vocational Education Center), has pioneered the "2+2+2 Professional Talent Cultivation Model" and established the "Jinao Craftsmanship Class."

On June 26, 2025, Jinao Seiki invited teachers and students from the "Jinao Craftsmanship Class" for the first time to visit the enterprise premises. This on-site visit allowed students to gain a more intuitive understanding of the company's actual operational processes, deepen their comprehension of business operations, and consequently develop a clearer perspective on their professional direction and career planning.

Accompanied by Production Vice GM Zhang Qin, the teachers and students toured Jinao Seiki's Piercing Workshop, Machining Workshop, Precision Rolling Workshop, and Cold Drawing Workshop in an orderly manner. Mr. Zhang provided on-site introductions to the company's production equipment, manufacturing processes, and technological advancements, enabling students to understand the company's development potential.

At the symposium, President Li Yahui shared the original intent and purpose behind establishing the class. He deepened the brand's core values: Quality, Reputation, and Technology. Chairman Li also analyzed the employment prospects for students under the "2+2+2" model.
