On February 23, 2016, Jinao Seiki held its 2015 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference, bringing together all employees to review the past year’s achievements, recognize outstanding individuals, and align on goals for the year ahead. Themed around "Quality, Delivery, Efficiency, and Cost," the conference featured key reports, in-depth reflections, and a formal recognition ceremony to inspire collective growth and performance in 2016.

Chairman Mr. Li Yahui opened the conference with a strategic address, providing deep insight into the state of the steel tube manufacturing industry. He offered an objective evaluation of the company’s performance in 2015, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement. Mr. Cheng Jinyong, Director of Quality Management, presented a comprehensive review of the company’s quality performance in 2015. He outlined key directions for improvement, including raising quality awareness, enhancing process control, and improving product consistency. He emphasized that quality is the cornerstone of customer satisfaction and called on all employees to uphold the company’s principle of “zero defects, full compliance, and continuous improvement.”

In 2016, the production department will implement lean management practices, optimize workflows, and strengthen staff training to achieve greater coordination and responsiveness on the shop floor.
