To further solidify the foundation of the company’s safety production management, enhance the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees, and effectively prevent various safety accidents, the company organized a special safety production training on December 19th, themed “Guarding the Bottom Line of Safety, Escorting High-Quality Development.” Frontline operators and safety management personnel from all workshops participated in the training.

The training content was closely integrated with the company’s actual production and operation, focusing on four core modules:

First, the strengthening of safety production awareness education. Through in-depth and simple explanations, the importance of safety production, relevant laws and regulations, and the primary responsibilities of employees in safety production were systematically elaborated. This guided employees to abandon complacency, establish the concept of “safety first, prevention-oriented, and comprehensive management,” integrating safety awareness into both mindset and daily actions.

Second, the typical accident case analysis. The trainers selected several typical safety production accident cases that occurred in the industry and in the company in previous years. Through case descriptions, data comparison, and other methods, they analyzed the direct and indirect causes of the accidents in detail, as well as the casualties, property losses, and social impact resulting from the accidents. At the same time, in response to the safety management loopholes and non-standard operations exposed in the cases, discussions were organized to help employees draw profound lessons from the cases and effectively enhance their risk prevention awareness.

Third, safety operation training for new processes and equipment. With the continuous upgrading of production technology, new processes and equipment have been gradually put into use. The training, therefore, focused on explaining the technical principles and safety risk points of the new processes, as well as the operation procedures, maintenance requirements, and emergency response measures of the new equipment, enabling employees to quickly master safe and standardized operating skills.

Fourth, re-learning of safety operation procedures. The trainers led all workshop employees to re-learn the company’s newly compiled safety operation procedures for each position, with a focus on key operation steps, precautions, and the hazards of non-compliant operations. Interactive Q&A sessions were conducted based on common problems in actual work, further enhancing standardized operation awareness and emergency handling capabilities.

The training content was rich and targeted. Through a combination of theoretical explanation, case analysis, and practical operation demonstrations, the safety production awareness and professional competence of all participants were effectively improved, laying a solid foundation for the company’s continued stability and improvement in safety production. Participants expressed that they would apply the knowledge gained from the training to their actual work, strictly comply with safety operating procedures, and proactively identify potential hazards, and jointly create a safe and orderly production environment.

Going forward, the company will continue to intensify safety production training efforts, regularly organize various special safety training and emergency drills, continuously improve the safety production management system, promote the normalization and standardization of safety production work, and provide a solid safety guarantee for the company's high-quality development.
