On February 24, 2025, Jinao Seiki convened its 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference, gathering all employees to reflect on the past year's achievements and set the course for the year ahead. With the theme “Technological Innovation, Quality Enhancement, Cost Management, and Cultural Development,” the event served as both a review and a rallying call—recognizing outstanding contributions while strengthening shared goals.

Reviewing the Past, Planning the Future

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Yang Hui, Manufacturing Director of the Steel Tube Division, and Mr. Chen Yazhou, Director of Quality Management, delivered comprehensive reports on the work progress in 2024 and laid out plans for 2025.

Looking ahead, the company will focus on strengthening its operational management through six key areas: production planning, quality control, cost efficiency, safety, onsite management, and equipment maintenance. While increasing output remains important, ensuring product quality is the cornerstone of sustainable growth. To this end, Jinao will further reinforce:

 • Process-based quality management to eliminate defects from the source;

 • Employee training and upskilling to build a more knowledgeable, capable workforce;

 • Material and supplier management to ensure consistent input quality;

 • And the effective implementation of its management system to standardize and optimize procedures across departments.

Adhering to the quality policy of “Quality First, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction,” every employee is expected to work with precision, strictly follow process disciplines, and prevent any non-conforming product from being produced or passed on.

Enhancing Competence Through Training and Safety

Mr. Li Yafei, Manufacturing Director of the Shock Absorber Division, also presented a summary covering production output, quality control, energy efficiency, safety measures, and employee development. He highlighted areas needing improvement and emphasized the importance of professional training, noting that only through building a skilled workforce can the company continue to raise its operational standards.

Deputy Director of the Quality Department, Mr. Cheng Jinghe, provided an in-depth analysis of quality-related incidents that occurred in 2024. He proposed a set of strategic improvements for 2025, including tighter control over the precision machining process, enhanced oversight in shock absorber production, and more systematic employee training — all aimed at achieving higher product reliability and consistency.
