Caring for Occupational Health, Safeguarding Safe Employment—Company Occupational Health Examinations

Jul. 29, 2026

To protect the health and safety of our frontline employees and further strengthen the foundation for safe operations and sustainable development, JINAO Seiki invited a professional medical team from Baoding Yudong Hospital to conduct specialized occupational health examinations at our facility on July 7, 2026. The examinations were provided for employees currently engaged in electrical work, dust-exposed work, noise-exposed work, and other tasks involving various occupational hazards. This initiative aims to comprehensively identify potential occupational health risks and ensure the well-being of our employees.

1. What Is an Occupational Health Examination?

Occupational health examinations are specialized medical screenings designed for employees who are exposed to occupational hazards such as dust, noise, power-frequency electric fields, and hazardous chemicals. Unlike general routine medical examinations, it is highly targeted and professionals. This examination program was conducted in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, and industry standards for occupational disease prevention and control. Focusing on the specific occupational hazards associated with different positions, the examinations included targeted physical examinations, functional tests, and health assessments to effectively meet the occupational health screening needs of employees in special-risk positions.

The core purpose of occupational health examinations is “early detection, early warning, early intervention, and early treatment.” Many occupational hazards are hidden, cumulative, and long-term in nature. Exposure to dust, noise, and electromagnetic radiation hazards may not cause immediate symptoms, but prolonged exposure can gradually affect the respiratory, auditory, and nervous systems. By the time obvious symptoms appear, irreversible occupational health damage may already have occurred. Regular occupational health examinations enable dynamic monitoring of employees’ physical condition, identify potential occupational health issues at an early stage, and take timely measures to prevent them from developing further. In this way, the company can effectively reduce the risk of occupational diseases and protect employees’ long-term health.

2. The Importance of Occupational Health Examinations

Employees are the most valuable asset of a company, and good health is the foundation for productive work and a fulfilling life. Long-term exposure to noise, dust, and electrical work environments subjects employees to continuous occupational health risks. Regular occupational health examinations allow the company to better understand employees’ health conditions and their suitability for specific job positions. When minor health abnormalities are identified, employees can receive timely advice on health management and treatment. When potential occupational health problems are suspected, appropriate medical intervention can be provided at an early stage, helping prevent minor health risks from developing into chronic or occupational diseases. At the same time, medical staff will provide on-site education to employees on job-specific protective measures and occupational disease prevention techniques, helping employees enhance their awareness of self-protection and develop habits of standardized work practices and scientific protection, thereby effectively safeguarding the physical health and legitimate rights and interests of every employee.

3. Our Commitment to Employee Health

Occupational health is never a trivial matter, and safety is a responsibility we share. Looking ahead, JINAO will continue to place employee occupational health among our top priorities. We will regularly carry out occupational health examinations, occupational disease prevention and awareness programs, workplace environment improvements, and upgrades to protective measures, continuously strengthening our occupational health protection system. At the same time, we encourage every employee to take occupational health seriously, strictly follow workplace safety and protection procedures, actively learn about occupational health, and participate in regular health examinations. Together, we can build a safer, healthier, harmonious, and high-quality working environment, supporting both the healthy development of our employees and the steady, sustainable growth of our company.
