Based on the survey results, employees were scientifically grouped, and customized packages for chronic disease screening and basic health examinations were arranged according to different health needs, making the check-up more targeted and meaningful.

To ensure the quality and convenience of the health check-up, the company actively established a special cooperation with Pangkou Town Central Hospital. To avoid affecting normal work, the check-ups were carried out in batches and at different times. The hospital established a personal health record for each employee and classified employees into high-, medium-, and low-risk groups, recording health examination data and monitoring health changes. Professional medical staff were also assigned to provide one-on-one follow-up, explain examination reports, answer health-related questions, and provide professional health guidance and recommendations for chronic disease management.
