In preparation for the event, the General Affairs Department carefully handpicked fresh hawthorn berries, procured a variety of seasonal fruits, and arranged for thorough cleaning and setup. A professiona l“Tanghulu” artisan was also invited to guide employees through the process, sharing tips and techniques for creating the perfect treat.

Under the expert guidance, employees from various departments enthusiastically joined in, skillfully skewering fruits and dipping them into glossy, caramelized sugar. In no time, vibrant strings of “Tanghulu” emerged—glistening red hawthorn berries and colorful fruits coated in a crisp, sugary glaze.
