Recently, the opening ceremony for the third academic year of the 2024 “JINAO Craftsmanship Class” and the commencement ceremony for the enterprise practice stage of the “2+2+2” integrated training program were successfully held at Hebei Jinao Seiki Manufacture Inc. Leaders from the Education and Sports Bureau of Gaoyang County, Gaoyang County Vocational and Technical Education Center, and Jizhong Vocational College, together with company management, corporate mentors, students, and parents, jointly witnessed this important moment of industry–education integration.

The “JINAO Craftsmanship Class” is a six-year integrated training program jointly developed by a secondary vocational school, a higher vocational college, and an enterprise under the “2+2+2” model. Over the past two years, students have completed theoretical studies and basic skills training at Gaoyang County Vocational and Technical Education Center, laying a solid professional foundation. With this opening ceremony, students have officially entered the key stage of enterprise practice. The production workshop has become their new classroom, while experienced technical staff and frontline workers serve as practical mentors. Their learning content extends from textbook knowledge to real job skills such as production safety, process standards, quality control, and job responsibilities.

As a cultivation enterprise under the fifth batch of Hebei Province's Industry-Education Integration Enterprise Development Program, Jinao Seiki does not treat the students as ordinary interns. Instead, focusing on the long-term development of local skilled talent, the company cultivates them as future technical backbone. The company has specially formulated a complete training plan for the third academic year, opening up real production positions and equipment resources, and building a training model of enterprise practice, mentor guidance, and multi-party management. The company will work closely with the two schools, track the students' safety, learning, and ideological status throughout the whole process, ensure the smooth connection between the secondary vocational, enterprise practice, and higher vocational stages, and open up a complete pathway for skill growth.

Industry–education integration lies in the unity of knowledge and action. At the production site, safety is the premise of all learning, and rules and regulations are the bottom line of professional conduct. We hope all students will respect safety, strictly observe discipline, learn humbly from their corporate mentors, and observe more, ask more, and practice more, turning what they learn in the classroom into practical skills, tempering the craftsmanship spirit in real production scenarios, building a sense of responsibility, and finding their own career direction.

Talent development requires the joint efforts of all parties. In the future, Jinao Seiki will continue to deepen school–enterprise collaborative education, shoulder the responsibility of talent cultivation, set strict requirements at work, provide attentive care in daily life, and work together with schools and families to safeguard the students' growth.
